Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns window is 30 days from delivery. After 30 days we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging. Several types of goods cannot be returned: perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and opened cosmetics that have touched skin. Gift cards and downloadable items are also excluded.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with the order number, the items, and photos if the issue is damage or a defect. Do not send the purchase back to a manufacturer. Wait for a return authorization before you ship.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds may apply when an item is not in original condition for reasons other than our error, is missing parts, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected we email you. If approved, a credit is applied to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary. If you have not seen the credit, check the card issuer, then write us with the order number.

Late or missing refunds

First check the account that paid. Card companies can take extra days to post a credit. If it is still missing, email [email protected].
