Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Jeffree Star CosmeticsP. This page covers processing, carriers, timing, and fees so you know how an order moves from Hidden Hills to your door.

Processing time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days in most cases. Once processed you receive an email with tracking. Peak drops, holidays, and weather can add time; we email if a delay is material.

Carriers

We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS (domestic) depending on the destination and the size of the carton. The specific carrier is selected at fulfillment.

Transit time

Domestic U.S.: about 3–7 business days after the label is created
International: about 7–14 business days, plus customs

These windows are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, remote addresses, and carrier congestion can extend delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the carton leaves. Use it on the carrier website. Status can sit on “label created” until the first scan.

Non-delivery areas and address errors

Some regions cannot be served because of carrier or customs limits. Checkout shows the options that apply to your address. Please confirm the shipping address before you pay. A wrong or incomplete address can add fees or return the carton to us. Email [email protected] immediately if you spot an error; changes are not guaranteed after processing starts.

International orders

Duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and local delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refused international packages may not be refundable for those third-party charges.
